planed to go to the state library today... but first, went to central market to buy some fruits and had lunch there... went into asian gourmet coz few weeks ago saw there is 'char keuy teow' in the stall. so decided to try out today. OMG... it cost A$8.50 for that plate of stir fried rice noodles, but the portion is super big. anyway, after eating, went and bought some pink lady apples, button mushrooms, carrots, bean sprouts etc. after shopping, went back to apartment.
as for tonight's dinner, we cooked the typical malaysian food ~ kari ayam. wow... i just miss that smell and taste... oh my god... can't believe i'm cooking it now. anyway, 1st, put some oil into the pan and add in blended onion and garlic paste. fry till fragrant and add in the instant curry paste. stir in carrots and potatoes and let it cook for about 20 minutes. next, add in bite size pieces of chicken meat. cook it for another 15 minutes. finally, season it with lots and lots of pepper... Y U M M Y = YUMMY...

after dinner, did some housekeeping work. 1st, we clean the kitchen area... then, i cleaned the toilet while cindy vacuumned the floor.
wow... the whole apartment looks so CLEAN and FRESH... thanks to both of us. haha...
anyway, online in the dining area. also watching channel 7, tuning into the olympic games live from beijing, china... the opening ceremony was quiet impressive.
