yesterday, went to the royal adelaide show. basically its just a fun fair like. after BIM tutorial in school, took the bus back to the city with eve. i went to chinatown for lunch. then went back home to online and rest first.
at 2pm, eve asked me to go her house via MSN. so, got changed and off i go to gray street where her house is. hehe... took me about 1/2 hour to walk there. once arrived there, just hang out at thier house for a while. waiting for khoo and jamie...
went to the post office somewhere near thier house to get the entrance ticket. with student ID, it's only A$12.60. then, waited at W1 bus stop at grote street to catch the 210 bus to the adelaide showground. the journey took around like 5 - 10 minutes.
reached the showground and i could see a lot of people, especially small kids holding the showbag. and lots of toys. old people too... ??? what??? old people also go there??? anyway, went into the showground... first thing to do is to 'snap snap snap' some photos loh... then walk here walk there don't know what to play yet. haha... waited for valerie (got to know her through khoo)...
played some kind of fishing game. actually it's like that:~ pay A$5 > catch a fish > see the number appeared on the fish > pick a toy according to that number. anyway, i won a red dice soft toy. haha... ok lah... not so bad, at least got something in return.
then, bought a A$4.50 some kind of 'anjing panas' coated with batter and fried. hmm... taste ok, first time eating that way. khoo also ate that... eve got a waffle instead.
well... next... was about to try out the 'Xtream Speed'... coz was kindda 'chi kek' type of game. haha... well, decided to have a try then... together with khoo. haha... looks scary leh from near. this ride cost A$15 per person. dun care lah... since this is not available in our own genting theme park in malaysia.
omg... was like floating and flying in the air... 1 second saw the sky, 1 second saw the ground with lots of people... phew... feels kindda like a weightless person.... 0 kg...??? anyway... i should say its BEST GILER. haha...
next, went to the showbag hall... looking through a lot of booths selling different types of showbag with cool stuffs inside. haha...
as for dinner, had a A$10 small ham & pineapple pizza together with sprite.
then, went to see the show at the arena there... starting was kindda boring. shows include horse riding bla bla bla... car... motorbikes... AND lastly the fireworks... har??? the fireworks looks light they just simply light it up... not like malaysia's version... more organised & sequenced. anyway, sat there for almost like 2 hours. luckily sat under a sheltered seat coz it was raining during the middle part. well, rain as in like light drizzle.
after the show, eve said she wants to buy the bottol which looks like a sisha. was looking for it. asked some stall people... but finally when we saw the stall that sells, it's CLOSE. haiz... no choice... nothing to do anymore... so decided to go home at about 10.15pm. waited for the bus at bus stop 2. took the bus until currie street in the city and walked back home through rundle mall... by the time reached my room, it was like 10.40pm... tired-nyer...
had a shower. then uploaded the photos and online for a while before sleeping around 15 pas 12...
